The Craziest Last Longer Bet
Did you hear about Joe Sebok's last longer bet where the loser had to get inked with a tattoo of the winner's face? It's time for you to make that side bet look lame.
Think you can last longer than your friend in a major WSOP* event? Tell the world about your craziest last longer bet and if players like your idea, we'll ship the two of you to Las Vegas to play in Event #54 of the WSOP* where you'll actually play out your bet. Here's what you need to do:
- Grab your iPhone, webcam or anything with a video camera and start filming.
- Tell us about your craziest last longer bet. What does the first one to bust have to do? Shave his eyebrows? Streak down Las Vegas Boulevard wearing nothing but a UB logo over his/her unmentionables? Be creative. Just keep the video under 90 seconds.
- Upload your video to YouTube and make sure you tag it with “Our video for the www.UB.com last longer bet”.
- Fill in the form to officially enter the contest.
Team UB will pick the top 10 videos and throw them into our newsletter. On June 8th, we'll send that newsletter to everyone in the UB community. Get the most votes and you'll win a WSOP* VIP prize package that includes your flights to Vegas, hotel, and two seats in Event #54 of the 2010 WSOP*. You'll also get to meet Team UB pros and join us at our exclusive Team UB party.
Team UB Pro members, employees of UB.com, UB's advertising/promotional agencies, anyone involved in the Contest's development or execution, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) of such employees, are not eligible to participate.
General
- Only two (2) players will be eligible to participate in each video.
- Any person (participant player or not) appearing in the video must be 21 years of age or of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater) to be eligible to participate in the Promotion. UB.com may at any time request documents such as Proof of Identity, Age or Residence to confirm entry requirements.
- Both players participating in the Last Longer bet must have a UB.com poker account.
- Players may submit multiple "Last Longer Bets" as long as the proposal is different in each.
- In the event of circumstances out of UB.com control, UB.com reserves the right to substitute the WSOP VIP prize package for an equal or greater value prize or a cash equivalent.
- Participants are subject to additional terms and conditions of the Video Stream Provider. Please refer to http://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Videos violating these terms and conditions will be disqualified from the competition.
- By participating in the Promotion, player grants UB.com the right to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph and/or sound recording of voice in any publicity carried out by UB.com and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation.
- The promotion period runs from May 10th, 2010 through June 8th, 2010.
- Team UB Pro members, employees of UB.com, UB's advertising/promotional agencies, anyone involved in the Contest's development or execution, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) of such employees, are not eligible to participate.
WSOP* VIP Prize Package
- WSOP* VIP Prize Package includes $1,500 USD for airfare and/or travel expenses. This amount will be split and credited in an equal portion to each participating player’s UB.com account.
- Hotel accommodations will be provided by UB.com for a period of 5 nights in a hotel to be determined by UB.com
- The prize is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Residents of the U.S. must be able to enter the City of Las Vegas in the State of Nevada to be eligible to claim their prize.
- Non U.S. residents must have a valid passport and valid U.S. visa (if required). You may be asked to provide UB.com with proof of these documents. Passport control and country authorities may reserve the right to refuse entry. If winner is refused entry, UB.com will not grant any further compensation.
- Both participating players must be able to travel between the dates of June 27th and July 7th, 2010. Event #54 starts on July 1st, 2010. This event may take 4 playing days & 5 calendar days to complete depending on field size.
- We reserve the right to change and alter the promotion terms as we see fit.
- All Management decisions are final. UB.com may disqualify the winning video if UB.com at its sole discretion determines that the winning players may not have the ability to attend Event #54. Any decision will not be subject to review or appeal by a participant.
